Return & Refund Policy

At Mousefits, we want you to love your new gear as much as a firework finale. If your order isn't quite the right fit or didn't meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags still attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high safety and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Custom-made or personalized apparel.

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or face masks.

  • Items that show visible signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors (e.g., perfume or smoke).

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@mousefits.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  • Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake (the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/design), we will cover all shipping costs to get the correct item to you.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need assistance with sizing or a direct exchange for a defective product, please reach out to our support team.
